John Quincy Brown, III joined Hardy Erich Brown & Wilson in 1974 and returned after a tour of duty with the United States Army as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General Corps in 1977.
Mr. Brown has tried over 50 jury trials to a verdict, including complex litigation, products liability, construction, personal injury and professional liability with an emphasis in medical malpractice claims.
Mr. Brown serves as a Judge Pro Tem for Sacramento County Superior Court and functions as both an arbitrator and mediator in private Alternative Dispute Resolution.
